How to Use

Diffuse 4 to 6 drops in your bedroom 30 minutes before sleep. Add to a carrier oil for a calming bedtime massage on the neck, shoulders, or feet. Place a drop on your pillow or on a tissue near your head. Can also be used during the day to ease acute stress and bring a sense of calm in difficult moments.
